It's called the Octopus Method. Nobody else runs it. One arm alone pulled $9,000 out of 1,100 phone numbers on a recent Sunday morning.
…and It Will Work For You Too Or I'll Pay You $200 For Wasting Your Time…and Give You
5000 Free Leads!
Fellow Mailers,
Ask any marketer worth their salt how they follow up with a lead and they'll tell you about their email sequence.
Ask a good one and they'll mention they also run some retargeting.
Ask a great one and they might say they text.
Now ask any of them this: when a prospect ignores your text on Tuesday, does your Wednesday email know that?
Does the ad she sees Thursday night change because she opened the email but didn't click?
Does the ringless voicemail Friday morning say something different because of all three?
Silence. Every time.
Because nobody does it. Everybody has channels. Nobody has an animal, an Octopus :)
Where 104% Math Comes From
Your email tool will never show you an open rate over 100%. It can't. It counts one channel, one send, one list.
I count differently. I count every arm that touched the same person on the same campaign and I add them up.
Here's the last one we ran. Email opened at 21% (Kinda sucked). Only four out of ten people on the list had given us a cell number, but 97% of those opened the text, which comes to 38% of the whole list.
Ringless voicemail got listened to by 17%. Push notifications, 11%. Instagram Messenger, 9%. And 8% of the list watched the retargeting video all the way through.
Twenty-one plus thirty-eight plus seventeen plus eleven plus nine plus eight. That's 104 opens for every 100 people on the list, and I haven't even counted the two arms you can't measure with a pixel.
Same list. Same offer. The list didn't grow. The reach did.
Now here's the part that ought to keep you up tonight.
Every one of those arms cost less than the email did, and the guy competing with you for the same customer is still bragging about 21%.
Combined engagement
across channels
Includes repeat interactions. This is not a unique email open rate. Figures from Perry's reported campaign.
What an Octopus Actually Is:
An octopus is a communications monster with eight arms and one brain.
The arms don't take turns. They don't wait on each other. They move at the same time, and every one of them knows where the other seven are.
That's the whole method, and it's why I named it what I named it.
Eight ways of reaching the same human being. Email. SMS. Push notifications. Ringless voicemail. Retargeting. Messenger and chat bots. Direct mail. Community.
Each arm has a different job. One warms. One reminds. One makes the offer. One catches the people who almost bought. One thanks the people who did and sets up the next sale.
And here's the part nobody else has: they're interlocked. Orchestrated :)
What arm three says depends on what the prospect did with arm two.
The whole sequence bends around one person's behavior, every day, in every channel, without you touching it.
Your competitor sends an email and hopes. You send a Sunday.
The $9000 Sunday Morning Story
We'd been getting beat up for months. Ad costs climbing, open rates sliding, the same list that used to print money now answering about as often as my teenage kids.
I took 1,100 phone numbers we'd collected and never used, wrote a two-line text, and hit send at nine a.m.
By noon we'd sold over $9,000.
No new subscribers. No new ad spend. No new offer. Same people, different pocket.
That was one arm, thrown in a panic. It's the day I understood that my list wasn't small. My reach was.
So I built the other seven. Then I built the brain.

The 300% Math Nobody's Doin'
The average sale gets made somewhere around the eighth message.
Two-thirds of the revenue in our companies comes from follow-up, NOT the first touch.
If your follow-up runs on one channel that reaches 15% of your list, you're making the sale to 15% of the people who would have bought.
Add a second arm and you reach some of the other 85%. Add a third, more. Get to eight, firing in order and reacting to each other, and the lead you already paid for is worth 3X to 10X what it was.
Same media spend. Same list. You just quit leaving seven-eighths of the money on the table.
That's why I can bid whatever I want for a lead while my competitor's doing arithmetic on a napkin.
Email Is Not Enough Anymore…
Here's why this matters more today than the Sunday I sent that text.
In February 2024, Google and Yahoo rewrote the rules for anyone sending more than 5,000 emails a day. Authenticate every domain. One-click unsubscribe in every message. Keep spam complaints under three-tenths of one percent.
In November 2025 they quit warning and started rejecting. Not filtering. Rejecting. Mail that used to land in the promotions tab bounces off the front door and nobody tells you. Your open rate just drifts down and you blame the copy.
Three-tenths of one percent. Three cranky people out of a thousand hitting "report spam" and Google puts you in the corner for a week.
If your whole relationship with your customers rides on one arm, you don't own a list. You rent one. And the landlord just raised the rent.
An octopus doesn't care if you cut off an arm. It's got seven more.
The Brain Inside the Monster
When I built the first Octopus I ran all eight arms by hand off a laminated worksheet and a lot of coffee. It worked. It ate my weekends and it needed three people to keep it fed.
That's the reason nobody does this. Not because they can't imagine eight channels. Because keeping eight channels talking to each other, every day, around every prospect's behavior, was a full-time job for a small team.
It isn't anymore.
One AI agent now runs the whole animal.
It reads the message wheel, picks the emotional driver for the day, writes each arm's message in your voice, fires them in order, watches who moved and who went quiet, and reroutes the quiet ones. Then it wakes up and does it again.
The eight arms live inside one piece of software, Springboard CRM, so the text knows what the email said and the voicemail knows who ignored the text.
The agent sits on top and writes every message for every arm, coordinated, in your voice, from the wheel.
The three-person team is now one person checking a dashboard over breakfast.
And you're leaving the workshop with both. A prepopulated version of Springboard (The Brain) and the agent, loaded with your list and your first campaign, before your plane takes off.
I'm a Technical Booger Eater
Look, I'm a technical moron that didn't finish high school, in Kentucky! I set it up. This is not a technical set up in fact all of the tools in the technology are set up for you as we go along. A lot of of it's already cut and paste setting in the system just looking for you to slightly edited for your niche.
Believe me, it's a lot simpler than you think. If I can do it, anybody can do it.
What you need is to know what each arm should say, when, and why.
That's the part nobody teaches, and it's what I'll spend two days pounding into you.
The Message Wheel
Every word the agent writes starts here…
The wheel pairs emotional drivers, brain chemistry and the classic motivators from Erickson, Cialdini and Maslow into one decision tool.
Spin it, land on a driver, and you know today's angle for all eight arms. It ships with a 30-day loop calendar so you never stare at a blank screen again.
Near 30 years of reading, testing and sorting the real psychology from the B.S. You get the sorted pile.
Then my Guests Add NITRO!
An Octopus only eats what's already in the tank.
In today's world, you need to be hyper personalized
So I'm bringing in AJ Cassata to teach the front end: hyper-personalized cold email. Not spray-and-pray. Not "Hi {FirstName}." Outbound written for one human being, at a scale that used to take a room full of SDRs.
The results speak for themselves. Honed, sniper-like accuracy, not firing in the dark. Everyone has a psychological trigger
He finds them. The Octopus wraps around them. You walk out with both halves of the machine, wired together.

The Most Profitable 2 Days You'll Spend All Year
I could list forty mechanisms. Here are the seven that carry the money, and every one of them is an arm talking to another arm.
The Greasy Method. How to get over half your email opt-ins to hand you their cell number. Email arm feeds SMS arm. That's the Sunday morning.
The Ringless Push. A voicemail that never rings, dropped an hour before the email lands. 4X'd the open rate on the email behind it. First test paid 900% ROI. Voicemail arm feeds email arm.
The Fifth List. Retargeting pixels paired to whatever message just went out, so the prospect who ignored your text sees the same idea on Facebook that night. Up to 5X bump in response for pennies. SMS arm feeds ad arm.
Communication Stitching. One message, one action, eight barrels. A different arm carries the same idea every day so the prospect feels surrounded instead of nagged. This is the interlock itself.
The Pre-LaunchGauntlet. The sequence that 5X'd a knife promotion we'd already run twice. Every arm warms before any arm sells.
The One Screen Method. Opt-in rates back over 60% even with mediocre copy. The mouth of the animal.
The Octopus Flash Sale. Forty-eight hours, all eight arms, one deadline. Nobody misses it. Our worst ones do $10K. Our best did millions.
Plus the 36-strategy follow-up library, the SPADES grid with 1,728 sequences, and the three-color editing checklists. All of it on laminated worksheets you'll fill out with me in the room.
You Get the Whole Machine
Most workshops send you home with a binder and a to-do list. You get home, look at the binder, and go back to sending email.image
Octopus is NOT A Course. It Is A Communications Operating System.
Springboard CRM, one full year. The software all eight arms run inside. Email, SMS, push, ringless voicemail, retargeting audiences, Messenger and chat, direct mail triggers and community, all reading the same customer record, so every arm knows what the other seven just did. Your list goes in on day one, in the room.
The Octopus Agent. The AI that writes every message for every arm, coordinated, in your voice, off the message wheel. It builds the sequence, fires it in order, watches who moved, and rewrites for the ones who didn't. You approve. It works.
The workshop teaches you what to say and why. Springboard and the agent make sure it gets said, eight ways, every day, whether you feel like it or not.
No List. No Problem. We'll Give You 5000 prospects FREE!
I made a deal with my friends at one of the largest behavioral lead companies in the world. to give away 5,000 leads in any niche to anybody who graduates from this program.
If you don't know what intent leads are go Google it or better yet ask ChatGPT. This is how the big boys build leads in 2026.
Our partners there touch around 8 billion people every day across 280+ data sources across the globe and understand their behaviors and their thoughts—even the ones they don't tell their wives and their best friends.
Most of the leads come with up to 70 data points: name, address, private email, phone number, cell phone number, home value, income, educational level, etc., not just a name and an email.
Who Octopus is NOT For
If you don't have an offer, don't come. Or come and run it on affiliate products like I did when I was starting.
If you'd rather hand this to an employee, don't. Learn it, then teach your people from the recordings.
And if you're happy renting your list from Google at whatever rent they set next year, stay home. Leaves more for the rest of us.
Two Days, 50 Seats. Half Already Gone
The last time I taught follow-up at this depth I charged $5,000 a head, filled 100 seats, and sold over $6,000,000 in recordings afterward. I was dumber then and the tools were worse.
This time the room holds 200. Half are War Room members who pay $30,000 a year to be around this stuff and got first crack.
The other half are yours at the same $5,000.
